"Fly with DesdeCanarias" Giveaway
1.- Organizing company.
The company Ecom Comercio Online SL, with CIF B02652063, with registered office located at Calle Colón 5, 28004, Madrid, together with the company Gestión Aeronáutica Integral Canaria SL, with CIF B76027432 , with registered office located at Calle Ignacio Ellacuría Beascoechea 2, Parque Empresarial Melenara, 35214 Telde, Gran Canaria, hereinafter the Promoters/Organizers.
2. Participant Requirements.
The promotion will consist of a draw among the people who register by fully completing the action form from the contest page, which can be accessed through the url https://desdecanarias.info/es/news/concurso-promocion-desde-canarias on the platform www.desdecanarias.info during the promotional dates, by filling in the required information on the form.
Individuals aged 18 or over, who are legal residents of Spain and in full exercise of their civil rights, are eligible to participate. Furthermore, participation in the promotion is personal and therefore will not be permitted through agents, representatives, or any third party other than the consumer/client/user.
The following persons will be excluded from the Promotion. (i) Any employee of Ecom Comercio Online SL and/or Gestión Aeronáutica Integral Canaria SL , (ii) any person who has, directly or indirectly, participated in the conception, execution and/or management of the Contest, (iii) persons employed by or dependent on these, (iv) as well as the relatives of any of the persons listed above, whatever their affinity or degree of kinship.
In the event that any of the listed persons participate in the draw and are successful, the prize will be assigned to the alternate in accordance with point (8) eighth of these rules.
3.- Purpose and mechanics of the draw.
Anyone who registers between December 1, 2025 and March 31, 2026, using the form that will appear on the page https://desdecanarias.info/es/news/concurso-promocion-desde-canarias and filling in their information correctly will be able to participate in the Fly with DesdeCanarias draw.
The participant agrees that their participation will not infringe the intellectual property and/or image rights of third parties, and agrees to indemnify the Promoters. and/or the companies responsible for obtaining the prize, from any third-party claim arising from their failure to comply with the provisions of this document.
4. The prize.
Among all the people who register using the form during the promotional period, the following will be raffled:
· 1 round-trip flight to any domestic destination operated by Binter For 2 people per month. One in December, one in January, one in February, and one in March.
· 10 monthly boxes, throughout the promotional period, with gastronomic products from Canary Island manufacturers, including brands such as Tirma, Clipper, Uniconf, Bandama and Dulzón, each valued at approximately €8.50.
The prize in this "Fly with DesdeCanarias " promotion may not be subject to change, alteration, compensation at the request of the winner or transfer to third parties under any circumstances.
Furthermore, the prize cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for its cash value. The sale, resale, or auction of the prize is also prohibited.
Specifically, regarding the prize for the tickets:
The winning ticket must be redeemed during the year 2026.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, and is awarded directly to the winner. It cannot be divided or exchanged for its cash value or any other goods or services.
Ticket issuance and flight date selection are subject to seat availability. They are not available during peak periods, such as holidays or long weekends.

Once the ticket has been issued, changes to name, date, time and/or route are not permitted.
The winning ticket is promotional in nature. Consequently, and given that the passenger is traveling free of charge, the conditions set out in Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004, establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights, will not apply.
In the event of renunciation of the prize or inability to enjoy it by the winner and subsequently by the alternate ticket holder, GAIC may declare the prize void.
5.- Geographical scope.
The Promotion will be valid in the Spanish mainland and Balearic Islands, for people who meet the requirements mentioned in points 2 and 3 of these terms and conditions.
6.- Duration of the promotion.
The promotion will begin on December 1, 2025 and end on March 31, 2026, both dates included (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotional Period”).

The selection process for the winners will be carried out as follows:

A participant will be chosen randomly from among all those who observe the conditions established in these legal bases, among the following sub periods:
either December 1-31, 2025
either January 1-31, 2026
either February 1-28, 2026, and
either March 1-31, 2026.

9.- Communication and delivery of the award.

11.- Acceptance of the terms.
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any expression of non-acceptance of all or part of these terms and conditions will result in the participant's exclusion, and consequently, the Promoters will be released from any obligation to that participant. The content provided by the Promoters is subject to Intellectual and Industrial Property rights and is the exclusive property of the promoter or the natural or legal persons that make it up.
The purchase of products from the Promoters and associated prizes does not grant the purchaser any right to alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate them; the Promoter reserves all such rights. Consumers and participants may not make such content available to third parties. Intellectual property rights extend beyond the web content to include domains, logos, design, images, and the source code used for its programming.
13- Applicable legislation.
These terms and conditions, as Legal Conditions, shall govern and be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and in particular are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 26/1984, of July 19, General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), interested parties are informed that by participating in this promotion, they consent to the transfer of data to Ecom Comercio Online SL and Binter Canarias SA as independent controllers of the data they provide.
The personal data provided in the form are collected with the express consent of the interested party, in accordance with art. 6.1.a) of the GDPR and will be used for participation in this draw and to send you commercial information, if applicable by ticking the box.
Each Data Controller will process data in accordance with its own privacy policy, and there will be no joint controllership between them within the meaning of Article 26 of the GDPR. Consequently:
· Each Data Controller is solely responsible for compliance with their legal obligations regarding data protection with respect to the data they process.
· There will be no cross-liability between Ecom Comercio Online SL and Binter Canarias SA for the processing carried out by the other.
· In the event of a complaint, exercise of rights or incident relating to the processing carried out by one of the Controllers, the participant must contact said Controller directly, without the other having any obligation with respect to that processing.

15.- Jurisdiction and venue.
Participation in this promotion implies the express waiver by the participant of any jurisdiction that may correspond to him, accepting the courts and tribunals of Madrid as competent to resolve any claim arising from the interpretation or execution thereof.
16.- Others.
Regarding any unforeseen circumstances or situations not covered in these terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to make any decisions or introduce any modifications it deems necessary at any time during the promotional period. The promoter's decision is final.
