To the fullest extent permitted by law, CUiiCO Tools shall be liable for any damages that may arise from, including but not limited to: (i) third-party content of which it has no actual knowledge; (ii) inferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the computer equipment of Users caused by reasons beyond the control of CUiiCO Tools , which prevent or delay the provision of Services and Content or browsing of the Website; (iii) delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems; and (iv) any incident that may be caused by third parties through illegitimate intrusions beyond the control of the Website and which are not attributable to it.

Desde Canarias is an initiative owned by CUiiCO Tools and in collaboration with Proexca, whose objective is to support SMEs in the commercial, hospitality, industrial, and/or service sectors that operate in the region.
Each establishment/brand/SME/company listing has a space enabled to include PDFs, downloadable as vouchers or offers, tickets and embed their own e-commerce or from Marketplace platforms outside the platform.
7.1.- e_shop
Each establishment listing has the option to use the platform to market its products, provided that all financial transactions are carried out outside of the https://desdecanarias.info/ website , and it is clearly indicated that the purchase will be made within the store environment, and always outside the reach of the Desde Canarias platform.
7.2.- Downloadable PDFs – Bonds
The voucher creation tool on the Desde Canarias platform is a technological development that CUiiCO Tools makes available free of charge to businesses affiliated with the website. It allows them to create and run marketing campaigns in the form of vouchers offering various deals on their products. A "promoter" is defined as any business that launches a voucher campaign for general use.
The coupons offered by each of the participating establishments are designed, created and offered exclusively by each of the establishments that wish to use the technological tool, and have the character of a contractual commercial agreement between the offering business or establishment, and the customer who receives it, without CUiiCO Tools or the company/s managing the platform having any link with the campaign, its results or its economic or legal repercussions.
Therefore, CUiiCO Tools, as well as the company/companies managing the Desde Canarias web platform, are not responsible for the campaigns created through the technology that provides the service, nor for the products or services offered or acquired.
If the establishment uses this service, once the user has downloaded the voucher from their registered user profile on the website https://desdecanarias.info/ You can redeem it directly at the offering establishment when you go to enjoy it, or when making an appointment (if required), as long as the downloadable instructions specify it.
In cases where downloadable items can be redeemed digitally, these will be redeemed on the website of each individual establishment. The terms and delivery times for the product will depend on the establishment.
Each campaign will specify the dates of the offers to enjoy the voucher at the establishment or to make an appointment (if required).
Similarly, downloadable vouchers have a unique code, meaning they can only be redeemed once per voucher at the participating establishment. Furthermore, they cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for their cash value. Their sale, resale, or auction is also prohibited.
The user will have access to the description of each voucher offered by each of the affiliated establishments within the establishment's voucher itself.
Both the user and the establishment promoting the campaign assume that as part of the activation and use of vouchers, it is necessary to download the mobile app enabled for iOS and Android, in order to make the voucher effective by the promoting establishment, which entails the mandatory use and activation of the camera of the establishment's mobile device to read the corresponding unique code of the voucher.
7.2.1.- Commitment of the parties

To use the additional features beyond simply browsing the page, the user must register correctly on the platform, providing a real name and surname, as well as a valid email address, since the latter, the valid email address, will be the way to access and use all the features of the page.
The registered user is responsible for using the downloadable materials or bonuses correctly as indicated in each situation.

7.2.2.- Reservations, limitations and liability
Both CUiiCO Tools and the company/companies managing the web platform are exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the merchants that prevents the enjoyment of the bonus.
Both CUiiCO Tools and the company/s managing the web platform reserve the right to exclude, without prior notice, all persons and establishments that make fraudulent use contrary to good faith or if there is suspicion of improper manipulation of the data.
Both CUiiCO Tools and the company/companies managing the web platform reserve the right to take legal action against any establishments and/or individuals who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of this commercial promotion action.
Likewise, neither CUiiCO Tools nor the company/s managing the web platform are responsible for any losses, damages, thefts or any other attributable circumstances that may affect the enjoyment of the bonus.
Both CUiiCO Tools and the company/s managing the web platform disclaim any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the promoted and/or offered products through which the affiliated establishments participate in the promotion action, as well as the fraud or poor utility that users may have attributed to them.
Both CUiiCO Tools and the company/companies managing the web platform reserve the right to interpret these terms and conditions, correct or rectify them, and also the right to postpone, temporarily suspend, repeat, cancel the promotion, or extend the activation period of the commercial action. In any of these cases, the changes will be communicated with sufficient advance notice and publicity for general awareness.
Neither CUiiCO Tools nor the company/companies managing the web platform will be liable for any incidents or damages of any kind that may arise during the management, development, and execution of the promotion. They will also not be responsible for cases of force majeure that may prevent the winners from fully or partially enjoying their prize.
Neither CUiiCO Tools nor the company/companies managing the web platform are responsible for any incident, accident, injury, or any other circumstance that may occur to users while using the voucher. Therefore, CUiiCO Tools will not be responsible for any campaigns created through the technology that provides the service, nor for the products or services offered or acquired.

Each campaign will specify the date to enjoy the downloadable content.

Both CUiiCO Tools and the other company/s managing the web platform, which are not in each case, promoters of the activation, exempt any liability, direct or subsidiary, for damages of any kind that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the products promoted and/or offered through which the establishments attached to the activation action participate, as well as to the fraud or bad utility that the users may have attributed to them.
CUiiCO Tools reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions, correct or rectify them, and also the right to postpone, temporarily suspend, repeat, cancel the promotion, or extend the activation period of the commercial action. In any of these cases, the changes will be communicated with sufficient advance notice and publicity for general awareness.
Neither CUiiCO Tools nor any other company managing the web platform, other than the activation promoters in each case, will be liable for any incidents or damages of any kind that may arise during the management, development, and execution of the activation. Nor will they be liable to the recipients for the full or partial enjoyment of their ticket.
Neither CUiiCO Tools nor any other company managing the web platform, other than the promoters of the activation in each case, have any direct or indirect liability for any incident, accident, injury, or any other circumstance that may occur to users while enjoying the ticket. Likewise, they do not assume any expenses or amounts other than those indicated that may arise due to travel, accommodation, or any other reason. These Terms and Conditions, as well as any exchange of vouchers made under them, will be subject to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other applicable regulations.
For any legal disputes that may arise between users and establishments, they submit to the jurisdiction of the civil courts and tribunals of Madrid.
